HQ: Hudson Valley, NY NOW PLAYING: Assorted demos THE STORY SO FAR: Holidays mean a little bit more to Thieves And Villains: Forming on Valentine's Day '07, the pop band released demos less than two months later-on April Fool's Day. The quick turn-around paid off when TAV landed a three-week stint on Warped Tour. "Apparently Fuse saw us working so hard [on Warped]," says drummer John Damiano. "We told them we'd only been a band for five months. They loved us and gave us a ton of air time. Smooth!" WHY YOU SHOULD KNOW 'EM: While the band, Damiano, vocalist/guitarist Sergio, guitarist/vocalist Chris Pennings and bassist Justin Speca, create radio-ready tunes with a double-vocal attack, they're far from forgetting the people who helped make them. "Me and the gang try our best to write/comment kids back on MySpace," says Damiano. "It makes us really stoked that kids are shocked when we write back.
