New Year will soon to come, and it’s time to rock with the bands. This is the season to be jolly and party. If you want to do one of the New Years Eve parties that people talk about, and on a budget – you have to get creative. Theme parties, where people bring food and/or booze, are very popular, like International themes (everyone brings food/drinks from a different country) or do a decade theme party and these can be done with barely any cash now.
