Sub Pop Records will be bringing back their Singles Club for one year. Participating artists will include Om, Unnatural Helpers, Tyvek, Black Mountain, Black Lips, Arthur & Yu, Mika Miko, Blues Control, Notwist as well as some the label is "not yet at liberty to divulge."
Subscribers will receive one record per month, every month for one year beginning on August 15. Pressings will be limited to 1,500, so it's assumed membership is limited to 1,500 as well. You can find more information here. [ |

New Brunswick, NJ melodic hardcore group Static Radio will be doing a few swings through the US.
The band will first head out this month with Shot Baker, then next month with Let Me Run. They'll be out in support of their first full-length, An Evening Of Bad Decisions, out later this summer on Black Numbers. They last released the One For The Good Guys EP in 2006. Montreal tech-death metal quartet Beneath The Massacre have announced a string of Canadian tour dates beginning at the end of the month, including a stint on the Summer Slaughter Canada tour with Necrophagist, Dying Fetus, Into Eternity, Neuraxis, Whitechapel, Veil Of Maya, Divinity, and Common Grave. Afterwards, the band will continue onward with Necrophagist for a U.S. tour; details on those shows will be announced later. The band also posted the first in a series of studio videos documenting the recording process of their upcoming album, Dystopia, which hits in October on Prosthetic.
