The Almost part ways with drummer Kenny Bozich

Alternative Press - Brian Shultz on 11/9/08 @ 11:02 PM - altpress.com

The Almost is no longer listing drummer Kenny Bozich on their MySpace page, all but implying the percussionist has parted ways with the band.

No statement has yet been made by Bozich or the band regarding the situation.

Their holiday-themed EP, No Gift To Bring, is still set for a November 25th release on Tooth & Nail, following up last year's Southern Weather.

Marky Ramone to tour Europe backed by Michale Graves-fronted band

Alternative Press - Brian Shultz on 11/9/08 @ 10:59 PM - altpress.com

Marky Ramone will embark on a European tour later this month with a backing band that will include former Misfits frontman Michale Graves on vocals. The band will also include guitarist Alex Kane and bassist Clare pproduct, both from UK glam-punks AntiProduct.

The band's set will reportedly "consist of songs that led to Marky's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame." One would imagine this would include a few songs from a certain band Ramone played in for some time.

We had a web-exclusive interview with Marky this past summer.

With Honor announce reunion show with Life In Your Way

Alternative Press - Brian Shultz on 11/9/08 @ 10:41 PM - altpress.com

Connecticut hardcore act With Honor have announced a show where they'll be joined by fellow reuniters Life In Your Way.

The show will take place on December 20th at the Wallingford Knights of Columbus with the Risk Taken, Our Final Say and Wrench In The Works.

With Honor broke up in late 2006, but reunited with original vocalist Todd Mackey for a tour with Bane this past January. Though it wasn't mentioned in the announcement, Mackey will presumably play the December 20th show with the band as well.

Life In Your Way just called it quits this past April.
