FINCH POST NEW SONGS

Finch has debuted some of their first recorded material in quite some time. You can check out "Daylight" and "From Hell" at their MySpace page.

The songs are taken from their forthcoming self-released and self-titled EP, set for digital release July 22 and physically at Hot Topic stores on July 29.

The band last released Say Hello To Sunshine in 2005 on Drive-Thru / Geffen.

ONE SMALL STEP FOR LANDMINES 7" ON THE WAY

Tallahassee, FL emo-rockers One Small Step For Landmines will be releasing a 7" EP through Doghouse imprint Civil Defense League.

Good Men Die Young And I'm Not Feeling Well, as it is titled, will contain three songs: the title track, which comes from their self-titled 2007 full-length; a cover of the song by Jim Ward of Sparta/Sleepercar; and a previously unreleased B-side that features guest vocals from Look Mexico's Matt Agrella.

The EP is already out digitally, with the 7" due later this year; the vinyl version will also contain a cover of the Smiths' "Girlfriend In A Coma."

KYLESA SET TO ENTER STUDIO

Kylesa will be entering the Jam Room studio on Monday, July 21 to begin tracking the band's new full-length.

The as-yet-untitled album will be released on CD and LP early next year on Prosthetic, following up Time Will Fuse Its Worth.

PROTEST THE HERO TO RELEASE REMIX EP

Canadian prog-metal quintet Protest The Hero will be releasing an iTunes-exclusive remix EP.

The EP is titled Sequoia and is due out August 5 via Vagrant. It will be made up of three different remixes of the title song.

The band released Fortress earlier this year.

TERROR POST VIDEO FOR "NEVER ALONE" ON HEADBANGER'S BLOG

Hardcore diehards Terror have their new video for the track "Never Alone" up on the Headbanger's Blog. The video will also be premiering tomorrow (Saturday, July 19) at midnight on MTV, but for now, you can check it out below.

The video is one of two the band has shot for their new album, The Damned, The Shamed, with the other being for the song "Betrayer" (one can only assume that video will come out at a later date). According to vocalist Scott Vogel:

"The storylines are connected and I guess you need to see both to get the full picture. They were done by our friends at Space Monkey who did the last video, 'Lost,' and also our [2006] DVD ["The Living Proof"]."
