Warped 15th Anniversary Mid-Show Report

Alternative Press - Tim Karan on 9/6/09 @ 10:45 PM - altpress.com

The massive Warped Tour 15th anniversary gala extravaganza concert is in full effect in Los Angeles tonight.

The Aggrolites, Ice-T, NOFX, the All-American Rejects and Katy Perry are among those who have already taken the stage at Club Nokia. Remember, if you couldn't swing tickets and a plane ride to the show, much of it--along with exclusive Warped interviews--will be in the feature film version screening on Sept. 17.

Thanks to the wonderful gift that is Twitter, it's almost like you're at the show anyway:

@katyperry today is the Warped Tour Reunion! It's all coming full circle folks! Time to dust off my trusty glittered converse. OI OI OI!

@warped09 Ice T is one badmuthafucka!! Pit's in full effect !! Man this is going to look sweet on the Big screen

(Pit Reporter Tiffany Mink after warming up the crowd for Decaydance All-Stars)@minkus Oh wow. That was awkward. Thanks abnoxious NOFX fans and Fall Out Boy haters for making that really, really difficult.

UPDATE Underoath, Rise Against and Decaydance All Stars--featuring Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy along with Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith of Panic! At The Disco have also played.
